    We do not guarantee complete waterproofing
    Exposure to water may affect the product over time
    These items are not designed for rough use or heavy handling
    We do not guarantee durability under force, impact, or improper use
    Additionally, products include metal components:
    Over time, metal parts may develop rust or tarnish depending on usage and environmental conditions
    We do not guarantee long-term resistance to rusting
  3. Care & Safety Instructions
    To maintain your product’s quality:
    Avoid water exposure
    Keep away from heat and direct sunlight
    Handle gently

  4. Orders & Payments
    Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
    We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–14 days
    For customized products, processing may take 14–30 days
    Once an order is dispatched:
    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
    We are not liable for damage during transit, as shipping is handled by third-party carriers
    However, if you face any issue, you may contact us and we will try to assist where possible.
